Your Twitter App Is Outdated 

An outdated app limits the app’s functionality. There is a high chance you’re not getting Twitter notifications because you’re using an outdated Twitter app. Update the app from the play store (Android devices) or app store (iOS devices). 

Internet Connection

Twitter functionality relies on your internet connection. So you can restart your internet if the problem is due to a weak internet connection. 

Too Much Cache 

Has it been ages since you deleted your Twitter Cache? You may need to delete it. To delete the cache on Twitter, follow these steps:
