Tap Settings on your Home screen. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap the name of the account you want to change the settings for. Tap Sync Over Wi-Fi Only to turn off syncing over a cellular network, or tap Sync Over Cellular Network to turn on syncing over a cellular network.
