The default location on the weather app can be changed by opening the app and going to Settings. Under Location, you can choose to have your location tracked manually or through your device’s GPS.

To delete a location on the Weather Channel app for Android, open the app and tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines). Select Locations and then tap on the Edit button. Tap on the red minus sign next to the location you want to delete and then tap on Delete.
The Weather Channel app allows you to delete cities from your list of saved locations. To delete a city, open the app and tap the Menu button (three lines in the top left corner). Tap Locations and then tap the Edit button in the top right corner. Tap the red minus button next to the city you want to delete and then tap Delete.
